**Terms and Conditions**
By engaging Jain Digital Marketing Agency, the client agrees to the following terms:
1. **Services**: We provide digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email campaigns, and more as outlined in our proposal.
2. **Payment**: Payment is due on the 1st of each month. Late payments incur a 5% fee after 7 days.
3. **Term & Termination**: Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. All fees for work performed up to termination are non-refundable.
4. **Intellectual Property**: Upon full payment, the client owns all final deliverables unless otherwise agreed.
5. **Liability**: We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of revenue. Maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid in the previous 30 days.
6. **Confidentiality**: Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information confidential.
7. **Governing Law**: This agreement is governed by the laws of Punjab, India
